Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during service booking.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy, which will be communicated at the time of service purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Terrava, including meal plans, recipes, nutrition guidance, educational materials, and website content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This content is owned by Terrava or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided to you for your personal nutrition and health purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The Terrava name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Terrava Ltd and may not be used without our express written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Terrava reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

Prepaid fees for services not yet provided may be refunded at our discretion, subject to our refund policy.
